Heavy AGV

These 50 ton AGVs, are only 20 inches in overall height, but have six inches of vertical lift for self-loading. These new generation unit load carriers offer major changes in how plants assemble very heavy products. These AGVs can operate singularly or in tandem, where two three or four AGVs position themselves, and the then function as a single carrier, with all axles in exact steering synchronization. These AGVs are power ed by an onboard generator connected to an LP gas or diesel engine. These units can also be operated from plug-in shore power when it its desirable to have near dead silent operation or where a clean room environment might prohibit engine operation. Wheelift AGV are available in any carrying capacities of over 30 tons through several hundred tons. And, they have the capability to operate over almost any floor conditions.
