Self-loading Heavy Transporters

In what Wheelift refers to a “headed” transporter configuration, the transporter can have the lowest possible deck height because the engine, generator and related control machinery are in a raised compartment on one end. The transport must enter and exit under the load from one direction — which can be perfectly acceptable in many applications.
