Single Direction Entry Power Head Transporter When space requirements will only allow entry and exit from single directions, this configuration of self-loading transporter will typically have a raised machinery space (“Powerhead”) on one end. The load deck can be much shorter for a somewhat more compact design in terms of total deck space. The raised powerhead allows a larger space for engines, generators, and electronics, with ample, easy to access to the equipment for ease of maintenance. |
